Job summary

Deckers Brands seeks a Data Domain Manager to lead governance, ownership, and improvements across the Product data domain within a remote US role. You will partner with business and technology teams to establish domain standards, define critical data elements, and drive initiatives that boost data quality and business value.

Responsibilities include shaping data strategy, managing metadata and lifecycle, and delivering a domain data roadmap that enables transformation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Systems, Data Management, or related discipline (or equivalent).
• Experience in data governance, MDM, data quality, metadata, and lifecycle management.
• Proven ability to influence stakeholders and drive accountability across teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead domain data strategy, ownership, and prioritization to drive transformation.
• Establish clear ownership, decision rights, and governance across cross-functional teams.
• Define standards and rules for critical data elements to enable informed decisions.
• Develop and execute a domain data roadmap aligned with enterprise priorities.
• Monitor data quality, KPIs, and health; lead root cause analysis and remediation.
• Manage domain metadata, lifecycle, stewardship, and data lineage.
