Job summary

ABB Smart Power role seeking a Senior Project Manager–level support to coordinate high-demand data center projects across the US. You will assist with on-time delivery within budget, working under a flexible remote model and coordinating with project teams using email, SharePoint, and PM software.

The position requires a Bachelor’s (preferred) or equivalent, CAPM/PMP preferred, and 2+ years in service/project support. Strong communication and US-time-zone adaptability are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree preferred; high school diploma or GED accepted.
• CAPM or PMP certification preferred.
• 2+ years of experience in service and/or electrical-based project support.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Word).
• Microsoft Project Planner a plus.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work across all US-based time zones.
• Candidates must have work authorization to work in the US.

Responsibilities

• Align field resources with schedules provided by project managers.
• Coordinate administrative tasks via email, SharePoint, and PM software; ensure proper documentation.
• Create and maintain service cases with up-to-date information.
• Create and follow up on purchase requisitions.
• Maintain timely communications with stakeholders (HSE, Service, PM).
• Troubleshoot and resolve coordination/administrative concerns.
• Act as key interface between Projects and Service teams.
