Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or related field required.
• 2–5 years of project coordination or construction administration experience.
• Proficiency in MS Office and ability to read construction drawings.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Willingness to learn data center-specific systems.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate data center construction activities and schedules with project managers.
• Maintain comprehensive project documentation (minutes, logs, RFIs, submittals).
• Schedule meetings, prepare agendas, and track action items.
• Assist with document control to keep drawings and specs current.
• Support budget tracking, cost reporting, and invoicing processes.
• Contribute to site walks and progress documentation.
• Prepare client updates and coordinate with design, vendors, and contractors.
