Job summary

JLL is seeking an Associate Project Manager specializing in data centers to support delivery of mission-critical infrastructure projects. You will assist with day-to-day project coordination, documentation, and client communication for data center construction and fit-out projects.

Under guidance from senior PMs, you will gain hands-on experience with MEP systems, critical facility requirements, and 24/7 operations while building a strong project management foundation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required in construction-related field.
• 2–5 years of project coordination or construction administration experience preferred.
• Clear understanding of project lifecycles and document management.
• Proficient with MS Office; strong written and verbal communication.
• Willingness to learn complex technical data center systems.

Responsibilities

• Support project managers with daily coordination of data center construction activities.
• Maintain comprehensive project documentation: meeting minutes, logs, RFIs, submittals, change orders.
• Coordinate project meetings, agendas, and follow-ups with team members.
• Assist with document control to keep drawings and specs current.
• Track milestones, schedule updates, and budget-related activities.
