Job summary

Applied Digital is seeking a Data Center Operations Project Manager to drive readiness initiatives across a growing data center portfolio. You will manage projects ensuring scalability, efficiency, and smooth transitions from construction to operations.

Key focus includes developing a centralized cradle-to-grave lifecycle tracking system and leading cross-functional efforts with construction, IT, and engineering to deliver measurable improvements in operational readiness.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in a related field.
• 5+ years in project/operations management roles.
• Proven success managing cross-functional projects from initiation to delivery.
• Strong organizational, documentation, and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Partner with the Director of Operational Readiness & Oversight to define and execute strategic projects for long-term readiness of Data Centers.
• Drive development, implementation, and adoption of a centralized lifecycle management tracking system with cradle-to-grave visibility.
• Collaborate with construction, operations, IT, and engineering to capture requirements and establish deliverables.
• Define and standardize operational readiness processes, checklists, and reporting tools.
• Develop charters, timelines, and communication plans for project life cycles.
• Monitor progress, identify risks, and implement mitigations for on-time delivery.
• Track, analyze, and report KPIs related to readiness and lifecycle management.
