Job summary

Applied Digital, the industry leader in AI infrastructure, seeks a Senior Field Superintendent to supervise ground-up and redevelopment data center construction, coordinating with contractors and regulators to keep projects on schedule and within scope. You will be on site Monday through Friday 7 a.m.

to 5 p.m., with potential after-hours as needed, leading safety, quality control, procurement, and turnover activities while reporting to the Campus Project Director.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in commercial, industrial, or mission-critical construction.
• OSHA 30 Certification or willing to achieve.
• Understanding of CPM Schedule Logic.

Responsibilities

• Be on site Monday–Friday 7A–5P, with potential after-hours as needed.
• Monitor construction activities and communicate schedule impacts to stakeholders.
• Manage project procurement, OFCI/CFCI equipment, and subcontractor coordination.
• Lead QA/QC inspections and ensure turnover to Operations.
• Coordinate with regulators, contractors, and internal teams to resolve issues.
• Prepare progress reports with plan, actual, variance, and mitigation.
