Job summary

Digital Realty seeks a Senior Construction Manager to lead mission-critical data center projects from concept through completion. You will drive safety, schedule, budget, and quality while coordinating with internal teams, contractors, consultants, and customers.

You will oversee budgets, timelines, risk management, and on-site activities, delivering large-scale facilities with a disciplined approach to governance and reporting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or related field.
• 10+ years in construction project management, preferably data centers.
• Experience managing budgets, schedules, risk, and project controls.

Responsibilities

• Lead planning, coordination, and delivery of data center construction from inception to completion.
• Develop and manage budgets, schedules, forecasts, and project controls.
• Oversee on-site construction activities ensuring safety, quality and regulatory compliance.
• Manage contractors, consultants, subcontractors and vendors to meet objectives.
• Monitor performance, identify risks, and implement mitigation plans for predictable delivery.
• Review change requests, documentation, payments, and invoices.
• Drive cost management and value engineering opportunities.
• Serve as primary contact for stakeholders with regular updates and reporting.
• Establish governance, communication and reporting structures.
• Foster collaboration, accountability and continuous improvement.
