Job summary

Siemens is seeking a Business Development Manager to drive strategic growth in the Data Center market. Remote-first role; you will engage end users, consultants, EPCs and hyperscalers to shape opportunities and position Siemens solutions.

You will own account development plans, qualify opportunities, forecast reliably, and collaborate with sales, engineering and product teams to win complex projects. The ideal candidate has 8+ years in BD with data center or critical infra experience.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business or Marketing.
8+ years in business development, strategic sales, or related leadership roles.
Experience in Data Centers, critical infrastructure, or electrical distribution.
Knowledge of low-voltage power distribution equipment.
Experience with end users, consultants, EPCs, contractors, and strategic accounts.
Strong ability to manage CRM-based pipelines and forecasts.

Responsibilities

Drive profitable growth of Siemens low-voltage power distribution solutions in the Data Center market.
Develop and execute account development plans for strategic customers and hyperscalers.
Identify, qualify, and advance opportunities from early development through award.
Build and maintain relationships with end users, contractors, and EPC firms.
Provide technical support and assist in prequalification with Key and Focus Accounts.
Collaborate with sales, engineering, product management, and leadership to improve win probability.
Forecast monthly pipeline and manage opportunity progression in CRM.
