Job summary

Ingersoll-Rand is looking for a Business Development Manager for Data Centers. This role focuses on expanding their market presence in the liquid cooling sector for data centers. The ideal candidate needs a Bachelor’s degree and at least 5 years of relevant experience. Responsibilities include driving relationship building, identifying partnership opportunities, and influencing design specifications. Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in Business Development and Commercial Leadership within the data center ecosystem.
• Strong network within CDU OEMs and EPC firms.
• Ability to translate technical cooling requirements into commercial value propositions.

Responsibilities

• Build and grow relationships within the data center value chain.
• Identify and evaluate distribution partners for growth.
• Partner with Sales and Product Management to support proposals.
