Job summary

The Dixon Group is seeking a Business Development Manager for Data Center Liquid Cooling to drive growth, build strategic partnerships, and expand Dixon’s market share across the United States. This role involves independent prospecting, relationship-building with distributors, OEMs, integrators, hyperscalers, and end users, and providing expert technical consultation.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication, interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
• Proven track record of managing technical sales processes across organizations.
• Willingness and ability to travel across the United States.
• Experience in industrial sales or related fields is preferred.
• Proficient with business software and information systems.

Responsibilities

• Build Dixon’s leadership in the data center liquid cooling market.
• Develop and execute plans to increase sales of Dixon products in the DCLC market.
• Cultivate relationships with distributors, OEMs, integrators, hyperscalers and end users.
• Collaborate with sales, order fulfillment, marketing and other teams to fulfill customer needs.
• Visit and collaborate in the field with Dixon sales representatives.
• Develop customer base through market research and proactive outreach.
