Ladders seeks a Business Development Manager- Data Center / Cable Management to drive growth in the data center market. This remote US-based role focuses on influencing product specifications and developing new business with hyperscalers and system integrators, guiding opportunities from evaluation to commercial agreement.

You will partner with engineers, procurement, and internal stakeholders to advance complex opportunities, combining technical depth with relationship management to support

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, computer science, or a related technical field.
• 5+ years of business development or technical sales experience in data centers.
• Proven success working with hyperscalers and system integrators.
• Ability to manage complex sales cycles effectively.
• Strong technical knowledge of data center systems.
• Exceptional relationship-building and negotiation skills.
• Experience with Salesforce.com preferred.

Responsabilités

• Drive product specifications into hyperscaler data center projects.
• Identify and win new business opportunities with hyperscalers and integrators.
• Develop account plans aligned with corporate revenue objectives.
• Consult with engineers and procurement teams using technical expertise.
