Job summary

Otak is hiring a remote Project Manager to lead multiple data center construction projects across the United States. The role requires at least 3 years in data center environments and proven Owner’s Representative experience. You will coordinate with architects, engineers, contractors, and clients to drive projects from planning through turnover.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in construction or design fields, with 3+ years in data center environments.
• Experience serving as Owner's Representative on complex projects.
• Proven ability to lead engineering teams and manage budgets, schedules, and portfolios.
• Strong collaboration and communication skills across technical and non-technical teams.
• Professional licensure or certification is a plus (PE/RA).
• Comfort with travel and working in a fast-paced, dynamic setting.

Responsibilities

• Lead multiple concurrent data center construction projects through all phases.
• Oversee greenfield, brownfield, and retrofit engineering and design efforts.
• Coordinate internal resources and external partners (architects, engineers, contractors, vendors).
• Guide projects from planning through turnover to Operations, meeting client goals.
• Manage scope for building, power, cooling, telecom, and controls with roadmaps.
• Facilitate input from stakeholders; problem-solve and drive key decisions.
• Maintain consistency, accuracy, and quality across project portfolios in the Americas.
• Collaborate with Otak team members to improve efficiency and delivery.
