Job summary

Olsson is seeking a Lead Project Manager to guide multidisciplinary engineering design projects from early planning through final construction-ready documents for large data center campuses. You will lead project teams, cultivate strong client relationships, and ensure delivery of high‑quality engineering solutions across architecture and engineering disciplines.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field or equivalent experience.
• 6+ years of experience in the AEC industry with increasing project responsibilities.
• 2+ years of project management experience coordinating multidisciplinary engineering or architectural projects.
• Experience leading large-scale industrial, mission-critical, or campus-style developments is beneficial.
• Understanding of project delivery methods, contracts, budgeting, and project controls.

Responsibilities

• Lead multidisciplinary engineering design projects from planning to construction-ready documents.
• Define project scope, milestones, schedules, and deliverables; manage execution from concept to issued-for-construction documents.
• Coordinate architecture and engineering teams to deliver large data center campuses.
• Build strong client relationships and proactive communication with stakeholders.
• Facilitate meetings, design reviews, and coordination sessions to drive progress and accountability.
• Oversee development and delivery of design packages, drawings, models, and reports.
• Support quality management with technical reviews and high-quality outputs.
• Manage budgets, monitor financial performance, and support contract administration.
• Identify risks and opportunities and keep stakeholders informed.
• Mentor team members and foster collaboration and project success.
