Job summary

Olsson in remote-friendly role seeks a Project Manager to guide data center engineering design projects from planning through construction-ready documents. You will partner with project managers and technical leaders, coordinating multidisciplinary teams to keep schedules and deliverables on track while communicating clearly with clients and stakeholders.

The ideal candidate has a Bachelor's in Architecture/Engineering/Construction Management or related field, 4+ years in the AEC industry with

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.
4+ years of experience within the AEC industry with increasing project responsibilities.
2+ years of project management or project coordination experience, preferably supporting multidisciplinary projects.

Responsibilities

Define project milestones, schedules, deliverables, and priorities.
Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams to monitor progress and maintain alignment with goals.
Build relationships with clients, consultants, contractors, and internal teams through clear communication.
Organize and facilitate meetings, design reviews, and coordination discussions with documented decisions.
Track development of drawings, models, reports, and calculations.
Assist with project quality management and internal review processes.
Support budgeting, invoicing, and contract administration.
Identify and manage risks, scope changes, and schedule impacts.
