• Define project milestones, schedules, deliverables, and priorities.
• Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams to monitor progress and maintain alignment with goals.
• Build relationships with clients, consultants, contractors, and internal teams through clear communication.
• Organize and facilitate meetings, design reviews, and coordination discussions with documented decisions.
• Track development of drawings, models, reports, and calculations.
• Assist with project quality management and internal review processes.
• Support budgeting, invoicing, and contract administration.
