Job summary

Overwatch Mission Critical is seeking a seasoned Construction Project Manager to act as the Owner’s Representative for data center buildings and infrastructure on a large-scale AI campus. You will oversee mobilization through turnover, coordinating contractors, consultants, commissioning teams, and owner stakeholders to ensure safety, on-schedule delivery, and quality.

The successful candidate will have 8+ years in construction, including 3+ years in data centers or mission-critical facilities,

Qualifications

• 8+ years of construction experience with >=3 years in data center or mission-critical projects.
• Direct experience delivering large-scale data center construction projects.
• Experience managing multiple contractors and complex project stakeholders.
• Strong knowledge of schedule management, cost controls, contract administration, and change management.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary Owner’s Representative for assigned data center buildings and infrastructure packages.
• Manage construction activities from mobilization through commissioning, turnover, and closeout.
• Coordinate general contractors, subcontractors, consultants, commissioning teams, and owner stakeholders.
• Monitor project schedule, cost, quality, risks, change management, and contractor performance.
• Drive resolution of construction issues while maintaining clear communication with project leadership and stakeholders.
