Job summary

CrowdStrike is seeking a Manager of Data Center Capacity Management to build and lead a team optimizing power, space, and infrastructure across our global footprint. You will focus on capacity planning, audits, and SOC 2/SOX readiness, reporting outcomes to senior stakeholders, while driving efficiency and cost savings.

The role requires 7+ years in critical environments, DCIM software experience, and a track record of leading cross-functional teams.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in critical environments with data center capacity experience.
• Proven ability to optimize power utilization and capacity in DCs or similar infra.
• Hands-on, tech-driven environment experience managing and growing teams.

Responsibilities

• Own and lead comprehensive capacity planning across power, cooling, space and availability.
• Define and iterate infrastructure capacity requirements and reporting benchmarks.
• Perform regular physical audits to support SOC 2 and SOX compliance.
• Provide project management support, track SLAs, and oversee EOL planning/decommissioning.
• Utilize AI to enhance decision-making and streamline capacity-related workflows.
