CrowdStrike is seeking a seasoned Manager of Data Center Capacity Management to build and lead a team responsible for optimizing power, space, and infrastructure capacity across our global data center footprint.

The role focuses on power utilization optimization, audits, and capacity planning, with leadership of engineers as the footprint grows. Strong data analysis and cross-functional collaboration are essential.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in critical environments with data center capacity and power management.
• Experience optimizing power utilization and capacity in data centers.
• Hands-on in technical environments leveraging tech to grow environments.
• Experience leading a team and cross-functional collaboration.
• Knowledge of SOC 2 and SOX compliance, audits, and asset data accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Own and lead comprehensive capacity planning across power, cooling, space and availability.
• Define and iterate infrastructure capacity requirements and reporting benchmarks.
• Perform regular physical audits supporting SOC 2 and SOX compliance.
• Provide lifecycle support including SLAs and EOL planning.
• Leverage AI to improve decision-making and efficiency in capacity management.
