Job summary

CrowdStrike is seeking a detail-oriented Manager of Data Center Capacity Management to lead a team responsible for optimizing power, space, and infrastructure capacity across our global data center footprint. You will report to a Senior Manager of Data Center Operations and drive capacity planning, audits, and lifecycle work.

The role requires 7+ years in data centers or critical environments, hands-on DCIM experience, and strong leadership.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in data centers or critical infra environments.

Responsibilities

• Own and lead capacity planning across power, cooling, space, and availability.
• Forecast capacity at rack/row/room levels to optimize power utilization.
• Define and iterate infrastructure capacity requirements and reporting benchmarks.
• Conduct regular physical audits supporting SOC 2 and SOX compliance.
• Provide lifecycle support including SLAs and EOL planning.
