The role emphasizes data warehousing, modeling, and cross-functional collaboration to optimize the data center portfolio. You will develop driver-based financial models, establish targets, and support month-end close reporting.

Qualifikationen

• 5+ years of finance or related analytical field experience.
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Engineering, or highly analytical field.
• Strong Excel modeling and PowerPoint skills.
• Experience using AI technologies to enhance decision-making and efficiency.

• Knowledge of data center financial operations, cost drivers, vendors, customers, and regional nuances.
• Establish annual/monthly performance targets and analyze budget-to-actual variance.
• Experience with data warehousing and data modeling.
• Identify and lead cost savings initiatives.
• Support month-end close reporting for data center engineering.
• Develop driver-based financial models using KPIs.
• Perform ad-hoc analysis to support strategic decisions.
• Pinpoint defects and drive automation to prevent recurrence.
