CrowdStrike, a global leader in cybersecurity, seeks a Manager of Data Center Capacity Management to build and lead a team responsible for optimizing power, space, and infrastructure capacity across our data center footprint. You will report to a Senior Manager and drive capacity planning, audits, and lifecycle support in a scalable way.

The role emphasizes leading engineers, leveraging DCIM tools, and applying AI to enhance decision-making and efficiency across the footprint.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in data center or critical infrastructure environments.
• Expertise in power, cooling, space, and capacity planning.
• Hands-on experience with DCIM and asset tracking.
• Strong leadership and cross-functional coordination.
• Experience with SOC 2 and SOX-related audits.

Responsibilities

• Lead capacity planning across power, cooling, space and availability.
• Forecast capacity at rack, row, and room levels to optimize efficiency.
• Define infrastructure capacity requirements and reporting benchmarks.
• Conduct regular physical audits for data integrity and compliance.
• Support project management, SLA tracking, and EOL planning.
• Apply AI techniques to improve decision making and workflows.
