Job summary

CrowdStrike is seeking a Manager of Data Center Capacity Management to build and lead a team focused on optimizing power, space and infrastructure capacity across global data centers. You will own the capacity function and drive efficiency across the footprint, reporting into a Senior Manager of Data Center Operations.

You’ll lead capacity planning, audits, and lifecycle support, leveraging DCIM tools and AI-enabled decision making to maximize asset value and ensure compliance with SOC 2 and SOX

Qualifications

• 7+ years in critical environments with data center capacity experience.
• Experience optimizing power utilization and capacity in data centers or similar infrastructure.
• Hands-on in a technical environment using technology to manage and grow environments.
• Experience leading and developing a team of engineers.
• Ability to influence across partners and suppliers across disciplines.
• Strong spreadsheet analysis skills and capacity modeling.
• Familiarity with SOC 2 and SOX compliance data readiness.

Responsibilities

• Own and lead comprehensive capacity planning across power, cooling, space, and availability.
• Forecast capacity at rack, row, and room levels to optimize power efficiency.
• Utilize DCIM tools to drive capacity planning and inventory management.
• Define and iterate infrastructure capacity requirements and reporting benchmarks.
• Lead physical audits and ensure data integrity for compliance.
• Provide project support, track SLAs, and oversee EOL planning and decommissioning.
• Apply AI techniques to improve decision making and workflow efficiency.
