Job summary

CrowdStrike is seeking a detail-oriented Manager of Data Center Capacity Management to lead a team responsible for capacity across global data centers. You’ll drive power optimization, audits, and forecasting, reporting into a Senior Manager of Data Center Operations.

Requirements include 7+ years in critical environments, hands-on DCIM usage, and experience growing teams. This position emphasizes AI-enabled decisions and cross-functional collaboration.

Qualifications

• Experience in data center capacity and power management.
• Proven ability to manage and grow a team.
• Strong spreadsheet and data-analytic skills.

Responsibilities

• Own and lead comprehensive capacity planning across power, cooling, space and availability.
• Define, implement, and iterate infrastructure capacity requirements and reporting benchmarks.
• Conduct regular physical audits supporting SOC 2 and SOX compliance.
• Support project management with SLA tracking and EOL planning.
• Leverage AI technologies to improve decision-making and efficiency.
