Job summary

CrowdStrike is seeking an Engineer I to join the Data Center Financial Analytics team. You will support data center financial operations, cost drivers, and capacity planning within a fast-paced environment, contributing to scalable analytics for our AI-native platform.

You’ll build driver-based models, participate in month-end close, and drive cost-savings with cross-functional collaboration, data warehousing, and AI-enabled insights to empower leadership decisions.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of finance or analytical experience.
• Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, economics, engineering, or related field.
• Strong Excel modeling and PowerPoint skills.
• Experience using AI technologies to improve decisions and efficiency.

Responsibilities

• Understand data center financial operations, cost drivers, vendors, and regional nuances.
• Set annual/monthly performance targets and report variances to leadership.
• Work with data warehousing and data modeling.
• Identify and lead cost-saving initiatives.
• Support month-end close reporting for data center engineering.
• Develop complex driver-based financial models using KPIs.
• Perform ad-hoc analyses to inform strategic decisions.
• Identify defects and drive automation to eliminate waste.
