CPG is seeking an Assistant Account Manager to support the delivery and coordination of customer accounts in a data center and critical infrastructure services environment. You will work closely with Account Managers to ensure service activities are planned, documented, and executed efficiently, acting as a liaison among customers, field teams, and internal stakeholders.

The role emphasizes organization, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced setting

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in account coordination, operations support, or customer service.
• Experience in data centers or critical infrastructure preferred.
• US Citizenship required.

Responsabilités

• Support Account Managers in day-to-day management of customer accounts.
• Assist in maintaining strong customer relationships through responsiveness and proactive communication.
• Provide regular updates on account activity, service delivery status, and open items.
• Assist in preparing for customer meetings, including agendas, reports, and follow-ups.
• Coordinate scheduling of technicians, OEM vendors, and subcontractors.
• Monitor work orders and service tickets to ensure timely completion.
• Maintain audit-ready documentation and accurate account records.
