Job summary

CIG Development Management LLC seeks an Assistant Project Manager to support planning, coordination, and delivery of data center development and construction projects. You will work with Project Managers and senior leadership to manage workstreams, coordinate consultants and contractors, monitor schedules and budgets, and drive projects from development through turnover.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in CM/engineering/architecture or related field.
• 2–4 years of construction/project management experience.
• Experience with multi-stakeholder projects and project controls.
• Knowledge of schedules, budgets, contracts, change orders, RFIs, and construction documentation.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Experience with Microsoft Office Suite.

Responsibilities

• Manage assigned project workstreams from planning through closeout.
• Develop schedules, budgets, and milestones in coordination with PM.
• Coordinate design, contractors, vendors, and internal teams.
• Monitor schedules, milestones, and contractor progress.
• Prepare status reports, dashboards, and meeting materials.
• Identify risks and assist with mitigation strategies.
• Escalate issues and document decisions and actions.
