Ladders is seeking a Data Analyst IV to join a leader in Education, Government & Non-Profit spaces. The role drives advanced analytics for healthcare initiatives, partnering with stakeholders to shape pilots and translate data into actionable reports and recommendations.

Remote within the United States, the position requires 8–10 years of experience, a Master’s degree or equivalent, and the ability to obtain security clearance. You will mentor teammates and lead large-scale analytics efforts.

Qualifications

• 8–10 years of relevant data analytics experience.
• Proven ability to manage large-scale data sets and ensure data quality/compliance.

Responsibilities

• Lead data development and analytics for healthcare initiatives.
• Summarize data needs and pilot healthcare data projects.
• Evaluate data resources and plan pilot data initiatives.
• Provide technical input for data infrastructure and analytic capacity.
• Conduct environmental scans of healthcare data resources.
• Prepare management reports on progress and costs.
• Develop and implement methods for efficient project coordination.
• Drive strategic development of large-scale analytics initiatives.
