Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s degree preferred.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in healthcare.
• Experience in project management and analytics is essential.
• Familiarity with DSNP, case management, or clinical program operations is a plus.
• Proficiency with reporting tools and dashboards; SQL exposure preferred.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills are necessary.

Responsibilities

• Support and enhance software applications within the organization.
• Oversee intermediate-scale projects or components of large-scale projects.
• Deliver reporting and analytics to improve clinical outcomes and operational efficiency.
• Identify data gaps and build dashboards and reports for stakeholders.
