Job summary

US Heart & Vascular is seeking a Remote Lead Data Analytics to guide the design, delivery, and governance of the organization’s reporting and analytics function. You will translate clinical, operational, and financial data into actionable insight for leadership, and oversee dashboards, KPIs, and ad hoc analyses.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Data Analytics, Business Analytics, Statistics, Health Informatics, or related field, or equivalent.
• Five years of experience in data analytics or business intelligence, preferably in healthcare.
• Experience building dashboards and reports with Power BI or Tableau.
• Strong SQL skills and multi-system data experience (EHR, financial, HR).
• Experience leading or mentoring analysts or a small analytics team.

Responsibilities

• Leads the design, development, and delivery of dashboards, scorecards, and recurring reports for leadership.
• Sets data quality standards,Definitions, and analytics methodology for consistency.
• Partners with clinical operations, finance, HR, and IT leadership to translate needs into analytics solutions.
• Leads ad hoc analyses on productivity, cost of care, staffing, and growth trends.
• Mentors and provides direction to data analysts, ensuring accuracy and business relevance.
• Presents findings to executive leadership and the Board in a clear, actionable format.
