Job summary

US Heart & Vascular is seeking a Remote Lead Data Analytics to design, deliver, and govern reporting and analytics across clinical, operational, and financial domains. The role partners with IT, finance, HR, and clinical leadership to embed data-driven decision-making.

You will mentor analysts, build dashboards in Power BI or Tableau, and set data quality standards to ensure consistency and accuracy across the organization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in data analytics, business analytics, statistics, health informatics, or related field.
• Five years of experience in data analytics or business intelligence, preferably in healthcare or multi-site services.
• Experience building dashboards and reports with Power BI or Tableau.
• Strong SQL skills across multiple systems (EHR, financial, HR).
• Experience leading or mentoring analysts or small analytics teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead the design, development, and delivery of dashboards, scorecards, and recurring reports for clinical, operational, and financial leadership.
• Set standards for data quality, definitions, and analytics methodology.
• Partner with clinical ops, finance, HR, and IT leadership to translate needs into analytics solutions.
• Conduct ad hoc analyses on productivity, cost of care, staffing, and growth trends.
• Mentor analysts and provide technical direction.
• Present findings to executive leadership and the Board.
