Job summary

Ladders is seeking a Data Analyst IV to join a leader in Education, Government & Non-Profit spaces. The role drives advanced analytics for healthcare initiatives, partnering with stakeholders to shape pilots and translate data into actionable reports and recommendations.

Remote within the United States, the position requires 8–10 years of experience, a Master’s degree or equivalent, and the ability to obtain security clearance. You will mentor teammates and lead large-scale analytics efforts.

Job description

For our client, we are seeking a Data Analyst IV to join the team of a leader in the Education, Government & Non-Profit space.

This role will drive advanced analytics efforts that support healthcare-related initiatives in a mission-driven environment. The individual will partner with stakeholders to assess data needs, evaluate available resources, and shape pilot projects that strengthen data infrastructure and analytic capability. In addition, this position will help translate complex data into actionable reports, models, and recommendations that support strategic decision-making.

Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available

Compensation: $118,800 – $155,000 annually

Responsibilities
  • Lead data development and analytics for healthcare initiatives
  • Summarize data needs and pilot healthcare data projects
  • Evaluate data resources and plan pilot data initiatives
  • Provide technical input for data infrastructure and analytic capacity

Qualifications

  • Ability to obtain and maintain required security clearance
