Job summary

GE Aerospace is seeking a data analytics leader to join the ERAC long-term care analytics team. You will lead efforts to expand analytical capabilities, work with healthcare and claims datasets, and translate findings into actionable business insights for executives and decision-makers.

The role supports a multi-year journey toward greater data maturity, with hybrid work in Overland Park, KS or remote nationwide, and requires experience in data science, predictive modeling, and cross-functional

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field and strong analytical capabilities.
• Significant experience in data analytics, BI, data science, or a related analytical field.
• Healthcare data experience is required.
• Experience working with claims data is required.
• Hands-on experience in data science and predictive modeling.
• Experience with large, multi-source datasets.
• Ability to translate analytics into actionable business insights.

Responsibilities

• Lead efforts to develop and enhance analytical and data science capabilities across the Long-Term Care Insurance business.
• Leverage healthcare and claims data to identify trends and support data-driven decisions.
• Design and apply predictive models to address key business questions.
• Work within a robust data platform to analyze complex datasets and produce insights.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate findings into recommendations.
• Communicate results clearly to technical and non-technical audiences.
• Support multi-year journey toward greater analytical maturity.
