Qualifications

• 8 years of experience in healthcare education and learner analytics.
• Advanced analytical, problem-solving and decision-making skills.
• Advanced data prep skills using scripting languages like SQL, R, Python, etc.
• Advanced BI development skills using Tableau and/or PowerBI.
• Familiarity with data analytics platforms such as Azure data lake, Azure Synapse, Azure Fabric, Oracle DB, SQL Server, etc.
• Strong verbal and written communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
• Organized and detail-oriented with ability to manage multiple projects.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) including charts and graphs.

Responsibilities

• Lead analysis to identify education data insights and translate into dashboards and outcomes.
• Collaborate with educators, researchers, and operational teams to understand learner journeys.
• Develop machine learning solutions and analytics to demonstrate program impact and guide improvements across CLPHEI initiatives.
• Translate complex data into actionable recommendations for CHLA’s mission.
