Gifthealth Inc. is seeking a Lead Data Analyst to own analytics direction for a domain and lead a small team of analysts. You will define metrics, ensure traceability, and partner with Analytics & Reporting to align with company goals.

The role requires strong leadership, deep SQL, and proven ability to drive data-driven decisions in a healthcare data environment. Remote-friendly with on-site collaboration in US.

Qualifications

• Senior analyst with 7–10 years in data analysis and leadership experience.
• Proficient in SQL in a data-warehouse environment with dbt models.
• Experience defining and governing domain metrics; able to document them clearly.
• Ability to translate complex findings for operations, accounts, and leadership.

Responsibilities

• Set the analytical direction and canonical metrics for a domain.
• Define dbt metrics in collaboration with data engineering and BI so results are traceable.
• Manage 2–3 analysts: 1:1s, performance reviews, growth plans.
• Sequence analyses to meet business needs and retire outdated reports.
• Address metric shifts and discrepancies with root-cause analyses.
• Collaborate with operations, account teams, and leadership on data strategy.
