Job summary

Quest Analytics is seeking a Data Analyst to join the Provider Network Analytics team in the United States. You will work with large-scale healthcare datasets, including claims and provider network files, to uncover trends and support data-driven strategies for network optimization.

The ideal candidate has a strong command of SQL, Python or R, experience with Databricks or Spark, and a track record of delivering actionable insights. This role offers remote, hybrid, or in-office options.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in data analytics, CS, engineering, or related field.
• 3+ years of data analysis experience, preferably in healthcare, SaaS, or data-intensive settings.
• Experience with large datasets and data quality initiatives.
• Proficiency in SQL for data extraction and analysis.
• Experience with Databricks, Spark, or similar platforms.
• Proficiency in Python, SQL, R, Scala, or Java.
• Experience with BI and visualization tools (Looker, etc.).
• Experience leveraging AI tools to enhance analytics.

Responsibilities

• Conduct advanced data analysis on complex datasets to identify trends and deliver actionable insights.
• Translate analytical findings into clear insights and recommendations for stakeholders.
• Analyze healthcare provider data to resolve entity matching and define data structures.
• Lead data investigations to resolve data quality issues and support business initiatives.
• Partner with Product, Engineering, Operations, and Client Services to develop data solutions.
• Use SQL, Databricks, Python, and AI tools to process and analyze large datasets.
