Job summary

Quest Analytics is hiring a Data Analyst to strengthen our Provider Network Analytics team. You will work with large healthcare datasets (claims, provider directories) to uncover trends and support data-driven network optimization.

You will partner across Product, Engineering, Operations and Client Services to deliver scalable data solutions, maintain data quality, and contribute to automated processes using SQL, Databricks, Python and AI tools. Remote, hybrid or in-office options available.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
• Experience with large datasets and healthcare analytics.
• Experience supporting product development or analytics-driven decisions.
• Proficient in SQL for data extraction and analysis.
• Hands-on with Databricks/Spark or equivalent platforms.
• Programming in Python, SQL, R, Scala, or Java.
• Experience with BI/visualization tools like Looker.
• Familiar with AI tools to support data analysis and automation.
• Knowledge of data management, governance, and data quality.
• Ability to develop metrics, KPIs, and data models.

Responsibilities

• Conduct advanced data analysis on complex datasets to identify trends and insights.
• Analyze provider network data to resolve entity matching and data structures.
• Lead data investigations to address data quality issues.
• Partner with Product, Engineering, Operations, and Client Services on data solutions.
• Use SQL, Databricks, Python and AI tools to maintain high-quality data assets.
• Document and track project work in DevOps and related systems.
• Identify improvements to outreach strategies and data processes.
