Job summary

Quest Analytics is seeking a Data Analyst to join our Provider Network Analytics team. You will work with large-scale healthcare datasets, including claims and provider network files, to uncover trends, measure performance, and support data-driven strategies for network optimization.

The role requires 3+ years of data analysis experience, strong SQL and Python skills, and experience with Databricks, Spark, and BI tools such as Looker.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Data Analytics, CS, or Engineering (or related field).
• 3+ years data analysis experience, preferably in healthcare or data-heavy environments.
• Experience with large, complex datasets and in-depth data investigations.
• Strong SQL for data extraction, transformation, and analysis.
• Hands-on experience with Databricks, Spark, or similar tools.
• Proficiency in Python, SQL, R, Scala, or Java.
• Experience with BI tools like Looker or similar.
• Experience leveraging AI tools to support data analysis and automation.

Responsibilities

• Conduct advanced data analysis on complex healthcare datasets to identify trends and deliver insights.
• Analyze provider/network data to resolve entity matching and data structures across sources.
• Lead data investigations and address data quality issues.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Engineering, Operations, and Client Services.
• Use SQL, Databricks, Python, and AI tools to maintain data governance and quality.
• Document and track project work in systems such as DevOps.
• Recommend improvements to outreach strategies and data processes.
