Job summary

Quest Analytics is seeking a highly analytical Data Analyst to advance our provider network analytics. You will work with large healthcare datasets (claims, provider directories, network files) to uncover trends and drive data‑driven strategies for network optimization.

The role requires strong SQL, Databricks/Spark, Python, and BI tool experience, plus familiarity with AI tools like Claude. Remote, hybrid, or in-office options are available, with a focus on data governance and high-quality data

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Data Analytics, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent practical experience).
• 3+ years of data analysis experience, preferably in healthcare, SaaS, or data‑intensive environments.
• Experience with large, complex datasets and in‑depth data investigations.
• Proficiency in SQL and modern data platforms such as Databricks/Spark.
• Experience with programming languages (Python, SQL, R, Scala, or Java).
• Experience with BI/data visualization tools (Looker or similar).
• Experience leveraging AI tools (Claude or similar) for analysis and automation.
• Knowledge of data quality, governance, and stewardship principles.

Responsibilities

• Conduct advanced data analysis on complex datasets to identify trends and deliver actionable insights.
• Translate findings into clear insights and recommendations for stakeholders.
• Analyze provider and organizational data to resolve entity matching across data sources.
• Lead data investigations to resolve data quality issues and support initiatives.
• Partner with Product, Engineering, Operations, and Client Services to develop data solutions.
• Use SQL, Databricks, Python, and AI tools to process and analyze large datasets.
• Contribute to evaluating and adopting new analytics technologies.
• Develop metrics, KPIs, and data models to support products.
