Job summary

Databricks Inc. seeks a Delivery Solutions Architect (DSA) to drive post-sale technical leadership across Databricks workloads in complex enterprise accounts.

You will collaborate with sales, field engineering, and professional services to accelerate adoption, ensure customer success, and maximize ROI for large-scale data workloads. Qualifications

• 5+ years accountable for technical project delivery in Data & AI
• Experience in pre-sales, technical architecture, customer success, or consulting
• Understanding of distributed data systems and business value attribution
• Strong project/program management with stakeholder accountability
• Ability to travel up to 30% when needed

Responsibilities

• Lead post-technical win strategy and execution for strategic accounts
• Be the primary technical contact for production/go-live status across use cases
• Coordinate with Professional Services and other teams to deliver PS engagement proposals
• Develop execution plans covering adoption, governance, and production readiness
• Provide KPI updates on usage and customer health to Technical GM
