Databricks is seeking a Sr. Delivery Solutions Architect (DSA) to drive post-sale technical leadership across Databricks workloads for strategic accounts.

You will partner with sales, field engineering, and services teams to accelerate adoption, ensure customer success, and deliver measurable value on data workloads. You will own technical strategy, run discovery workshops, develop roadmaps, and coordinate cross-functional resources to move use cases from pilot to production, while managing risk

Qualifications

• 7+ years delivering technical projects in Data and AI domains.
• Experience in customer-facing pre-sales, technical architecture, or consulting roles.
• Ability to lead technical programs with stakeholders and manage complex delivery.
• Track record of exceeding quotas or goals.

Responsibilities

• Engage with customers to understand use-case demand and lead technical account strategy.
• Be the accountable technical leader across multiple teams and use cases.
• Coordinate with professional services and engineering for delivery proposals.
• Provide KPI updates on usage and customer health to leadership.
