Job summary

Databricks is seeking a Delivery Solutions Architect (DSA) to drive post-sale technical leadership and commercial growth across major customers. You will work with sales and field engineering to accelerate adoption and ensure success for complex workloads on the Databricks platform.

The role blends technical credibility with executive relationship-building, product coordination, and cross-team orchestration to deliver value and accelerate time-to-production for strategic use cases.

Qualifications

• 5+ years delivering technical projects or programs in Data/AI domains.
• Experience in customer-facing pre-sales, technical architecture, or consulting roles.
• Understanding of distributed data systems and ability to map business value to deliverables.

Responsibilities

• Engage with Solutions Architects to plan use case demand for prioritized customers.
• Lead post-technical win account strategy and execution for strategic use cases.
• Be the accountable technical lead across multiple teams and with senior stakeholders.
• Be the first contact for technical issues or production/go-live questions.
• Coordinate with Shared Services, Education, Onboarding/PS to build tasks beyond scope.
• Develop an execution plan covering all customer-facing technical activities and work streams.
• Provide KPI updates on usage and customer health to the Technical GM.
