Job summary

Databricks is seeking a Delivery Solutions Architect to drive growth across strategic customers while acting as the post-sale technical lead for Databricks workloads. You will work with sales and field engineering to accelerate adoption and ensure customer success, reporting to a DSA Manager within Field Engineering.

You will coordinate with Professional Services, leverage education and onboarding resources, and align with product/engineering for new innovations and upgrades.

Qualifications

• 5+ years delivering technical projects in Data/AI.
• Programming in Python, SQL, or Scala.
• Experience in pre-sales, technical architecture, or customer success.
• Understanding of distributed data systems and business value attribution.
• Proven ability to manage stakeholders and complex programs.

Responsibilities

• Engage with Solutions Architects to understand use-case demand plans for prioritized customers.
• Lead post-technical win strategy and execution across key accounts.
• Be the accountable technical leader across use cases and customer accounts.
• Serve as first contact for production/go-live issues and coordination of related teams.
• Develop execution plans covering customer-facing technical roles and work streams.
