Pearson Carter is working with a global Microsoft Solutions Partner and software provider that is continuing to expand its commercial operation across Europe.

We’re seeking a D365 Sales Representative to drive new business across the DACH region—Germany, Austria and Switzerland—selling Dynamics 365 F&SCM add-on solutions to mid-market and enterprise organisations. You’ll work with Microsoft Partners and internal teams to grow the regional presence.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years of experience in enterprise software, ERP or SaaS sales.
• Experience developing business across the DACH region.
• Strong prospecting and new-business development experience.
• Experience managing consultative software sales cycles.
• Ability to manage opportunities from prospecting through to close.
• Experience presenting and negotiating with senior stakeholders and C-level executives.

Responsibilities

• Generate new business across Germany, Austria and Switzerland
• Sell D365 F&SCM add-on solutions to mid-market and enterprise customers
• Prospect and develop new customer relationships
• Manage the full sales cycle from initial engagement through to negotiation and close
• Build relationships with Microsoft Partners and key stakeholders
• Present solutions to senior decision-makers and C-level executives
• Identify cross-sell and upsell opportunities within existing customers
• Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline
• Produce accurate revenue forecasts
• Attend customer meetings and relevant industry events
