Job summary
Jobgether SRL is seeking a Junior Account Executive DACH (German-speaking) based in Switzerland to help German-speaking companies expand internationally by owning the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing deals in a remote-first, internationally distributed team.
You will identify hiring plans, articulate the value of international employment solutions to HR and leadership, manage a strong pipeline with BDR collaboration, and leverage AI tools to boost productivity while meeting ambitious
Qualifications
- Native-level German proficiency and business-fluent English.
- Experience in B2B SaaS sales or similar client-facing roles.
- Experience conducting discovery conversations to understand prospect or customer needs.
- Strong outbound prospecting skills and ability to reach decision-makers.
Responsibilities
- Own the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing and onboarding.
- Identify prospects' hiring plans and compliance challenges.
- Explain value of international hiring solutions to HR and senior leadership.
- Build and manage a sales pipeline with BDR support.
- Use AI tools to improve productivity and CRM accuracy.
