Job summary

WorkMotion is seeking an Account Executive for the DACH region, focusing on Swiss German-speaking markets. This remote role requires closing experience in B2B SaaS and a track record of meeting quotas.

You will own the entire sales cycle for Swiss accounts, from discovery to onboarding talent, and collaborate with BDRs to build a strong pipeline. Ideal candidates are fluent in German or French, with English proficiency, and comfortable with a remote-first, international team.

Qualifications

• 1+ year closing experience in B2B SaaS.
• Proven track record of meeting or beating quota.
• Strong discovery and MEDDICC-style qualification.
• Fluent in English with Swiss German or French/German skills.

Responsibilities

• Own full sales cycle for Swiss accounts from first contact to onboarded talent.
• Build and manage a self-made pipeline with BDR collaboration.
• Negotiate terms, create urgency, and close deals.
• Equip HR champions with value propositions for stakeholders.
• Collaborate with Finance, Legal, and leadership to align on deals.
