Jobgether SRL is listing a D365 Project Manager, Managed Services based in the United States. You will lead multiple client engagements, balancing support, project delivery, resources, budgets and timelines, while coordinating with architects, consultants and developers for successful transitions into ongoing support.

You will manage service queues, track utilization, and drive risk-aware decisions in a fast-paced environment with executive visibility and cross-functional collaboration.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of direct experience managing software implementations.
• Experience with managed services or ongoing support environments.
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics 365 across implementations.

Responsibilities

• Oversee multiple client engagements with scope, plans, budgets, and risks.
• Lead cross-functional teams across managed services and projects.
• Drive client satisfaction, governance, and executive reporting.
• Coordinate end-to-end Dynamics 365 deployments from diagnosis to go-live.
• Ensure smooth transitions into ongoing support with proper documentation.
