Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years of demonstrated successful project management experience
• Experience with ERP implementation (Dynamics 365 is a strong asset)
• Knowledge of Azure DevOps and Agile delivery practices
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Ability to manage budgets, risks and schedules across large initiatives
• Experience coordinating IT and business partners in outsourced environments

Responsibilities

• Lead and align multiple business initiatives and IT projects under the PMO
• Spearhead initiatives like Dynamics 365 upgrades and CIS enhancements
• Collaborate with hybrid Agile/Waterfall teams and Scrum Masters
• Oversee planning, scheduling, budgeting, risk management and project charters
• Provide transparent reporting and business cases to executives and boards
• Serve as liaison between stakeholders and IT infrastructure and external partners
