Job summary

Villa is seeking a D2C Account Executive to lead customers from initial contact through signed contracts for their ADU projects. This full-time, remote role reports to the Head of Consumer Sales and emphasizes end-to-end sales, feasibility assessment, and cross-functional collaboration with product, project management, and construction teams.

You will drive consultative sales, maintain CRM accuracy in Salesforce, and contribute to KPI reporting while helping homeowners realize high-quality,

Qualifications

• 3-5+ years of full-cycle D2C sales experience.
• Background in homebuilding, real estate, or construction sales is a strong plus.
• Excellent verbal and written communication across phone, email, and social media.

Responsibilities

• Manage the full direct-to-consumer sale and design process from lead intake to deposit and final contract.
• Provide expert feasibility and cost consultation using industry-standard tools (e.g., Bluebeam) to sketch initial site plans.
• Collaborate with Product, Project Management, Construction Management and BizOps to align feasibility, timelines and expectations.
• Act as a trusted advisor to homeowners, understanding needs and guiding toward the best ADU solution.
• Diligently update Salesforce with accurate information and report KPIs to sales leadership.
