Job summary

Minimal Living Concepts is seeking a Junior Sales Representative (ADU Sales) to manage the ADU sales process from lead to close. You will lead feasibility studies, on-site evaluations, and prepare client quotes and proposals while maintaining the CRM and executing drip campaigns.

Collaboration with marketing will drive lead generation and pipeline growth. The role offers opportunities to own the ADU sales cycle, engage clients across stages, and grow within a dynamic, client-focused environment

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, real estate, or related field or equivalent experience.
• 1-3 years in sales, customer service, or project coordination, entry-level candidates welcome.
• Experience with CRM systems (Salesforce, HubSpot) or willingness to learn.
• Familiarity with email marketing tools and drip campaigns is a plus.
• Ability to consolidate data into clear client-facing documents.

Responsibilities

• Lead management and CRM oversight across ADU leads and pipelines.
• Design, execute and optimize drip email campaigns in collaboration with marketing.
• Conduct on-site evaluations and feasibility studies for ADU projects.
• Develop quotes and proposals reflecting costs, timelines and options.
• Advance sales through phone, email and in-person meetings; close deals.
• Monitor Arizona ADU regulations and market trends; provide insights to leadership.
