AlphaX RE Capital in Cupertino is seeking an ADU Sales Specialist to guide homeowners through the planning and sales process for ADUs across the Bay Area. You will work directly with homeowners on design opportunities and assist in closing projects by managing the sales process.

Qualifications

• Strong interest in consultative sales, client relationship building, and closing deals.
• Ability to communicate design and technical concepts clearly and confidently to homeowners.
• Basic understanding of California residential zoning and ADU regulations is a strong plus.

Responsibilities

• Manage the sales process from initial lead qualification through contract execution.
• Meet with homeowners to understand their goals and present ADU opportunities.
• Conduct residential property visits to assess site conditions and project potential.
