Job summary

SHI International Corp. is seeking a Pre-Sales Cybersecurity Solutions Engineer to design, position, and articulate security solutions for customers across modern enterprise, hybrid, and cloud environments.

This role is customer-facing and remote, with occasional reporting to the Austin, Texas office. The ideal candidate blends deep technical expertise in email security and security frameworks with the ability to translate complex concepts into business value for both technical and executive

Qualifications

• Experience with security frameworks (NIST, CIS, HITRUST) and related controls.
• Expertise in email security technologies (SEG, phishing defense, API-based protection, DLP).
• Ability to communicate and sell complex security solutions to customers.
• Experience with email security vendors and data security platforms.

Responsibilities

• Lead technical discovery sessions to align security solutions with customer goals.
• Assess architectures to identify gaps, risks, and improvements.
• Develop high-level architectures and solution proposals for security deployments.
• Design scalable cybersecurity solutions aligned to customer requirements.
